Remote Support
TicketRx Remote Support allows members of the MWM Support staff to remotely connect to your machine to diagnose problems with TicketRx.
Before using this application, please contact MWM Support at 636-489-1568 to coordinate a time for MWM Support to connect to your machine.
Follow these steps to use the remote support application:
- Click the link below to download the TicketRx Remote Support file.
- Once the download is complete, run the mwmsupport.exe file.
- Once the application is running, you should see a new window labelled "TicketRx Remote Support". This window will have a list of people that you can allow to access your machine. Double click on a person's name to allow them to connect to your machine.
- When someone from MWM Support connects to your machine you will see a small blue flag in the Windows status bar. The Windows status bar is usually located in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
- When you are done working with MWM Support you may right-click the blue flag in the status bar and choose "Close" from the menu to close the connection.
